PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Some products offered by Organik Bae may be available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchase options work, including billing, cancellations, and fulfillment timelines.

Subscriptions

Certain products may be offered as recurring subscriptions for your convenience.

When you purchase a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring charges based on the delivery frequency you select
  • Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for future deliveries
  • Subscription orders will continue until canceled

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Subscription management links are included in your order confirmation emails and customer account portal.

If a subscription order has already processed or shipped, cancellation changes may apply to the following billing cycle instead.

Pre-Orders

Some offerings may be available for pre-order prior to official release, restock, harvest, production, or fulfillment availability.

A pre-order allows you to reserve inventory from an upcoming production or fulfillment run.

By placing a pre-order:

  • Your selected payment method will be charged at checkout
  • Your item is reserved in advance
  • Estimated shipping timelines will be listed on the product page and/or in your confirmation email

Please note:

  • Pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to production, sourcing, harvesting, formulation, or fulfillment conditions
  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together once all items become available

Because pre-order items are often handcrafted, small-batch, made-to-order, or prepared in limited quantities:

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed
  • Payment methods cannot be changed after processing
  • Quantity, variant selection, or shipping details may not be editable after submission
Pre-Order Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation or refund requests for pre-orders may be submitted within 90 days of the order date.

After 90 days:

  • Refunds to the original payment method are no longer available
  • Any approved cancellation or eligible return may be issued as store credit

Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or shipment processing, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
