At Organik Bae, each offering is prepared with intention, care, and respect for the integrity of the plants. Because of this, our fulfillment timelines reflect a slower, more mindful process.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
As a small-batch herbal business, many of our products are prepared, packaged, or finalized after your order is placed. This allows us to maintain freshness, potency, and quality.
Processing times may be extended during:
- Product launches
- Sales or high-volume periods
- Holidays
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (if applicable)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Organik Bae is not responsible for orders shipped to:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Organik Bae is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
However, we are happy to support you in filing a claim or locating your package.
Returned to Sender Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
