30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: Non-Returnable Items (Herbal & Personal Care)

Due to safety and hygiene standards, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Herbal products and ingestible goods
  • Opened or used products
  • Yoni steam blends or personal care items
  • Perishable goods (including plant-based formulations)
  • Custom or made-to-order products

This ensures the purity, potency, and safety of all products we offer.

Returns must be approved before being sent.

If your return is accepted:

  • You will receive a return shipping label
  • Instructions will be provided for sending your item

Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@organikbae.co with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Request and complete an approved return (if eligible).
  2. Place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items (Additional)

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (if applicable)

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days
